Club Experience

Reminiscent of a gracious mountain lodge, the first impression is welcoming. The architectural design utilizes wood selections and stones indigenous to the Western North Carolina area. The interior is well appointed with English and Scottish antiques throughout.

The Clubhouse offers a formal dining room, lounge, reception area, great room, Golf Shop, card room and covered deck. Several intimate seating areas are situated around fireplaces with spectacular views of the lake.

With an on-site wine director, executive chef, talented pastry chef and exceptional staff, any and every occasion is sure to be a memorable treat. Cuisine varies from exquisite gourmet, to light and healthy, to short-order selections from the Beach Pavilion Snack Bar. Every meal is a special event in its own unique way.

Dornie Lounge: Overlooking the 18th green and sparkling lake by a cozy fireplace, the Lounge is a wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail or sample our extensive wine list.

Beach Pavilion Snack Bar: Beach entrees include hot dogs, hamburgers, favorite wraps, pulled-pork sandwiches and signature salads. Everyone must try the Fried Green Tomato BLT at least once.

10th Tee: Overlooking the golf course, the 10th Tee is a popular spot for a light snack, sandwich, hamburger, BBQ or old-fashioned PB & J. Views are spectacular. Grab a cup of coffee, soda or an ice cold beer.
