Club privileges for Rental/Registered Guests are allowed for no more than two (2) stays, which in the aggregate do not exceed fourteen (14) days per lifetime. Tenants and Registered Guests may use most Club facilities when they are open. Championship course is available Sundays, 1 p.m. through Thursday afternoon; Mountain Springs course is available anytime. You may contact our Rental Agent if you require more information. Please note that Guest Privileges are subject to change.
Internet/WIFI service is available at this rental property, however, we cannot guarantee signal strength, nor can we guarantee repair time if service is interrupted.
Housekeeping Fee: $225.00 Towel replacement and trash removal are taken care of every other day. Additional Housekeeping services, such as mid-week cleanings, are available upon request with a 24-hour notice to Housekeeping and will be charged to the renter's guest privilege account.
Coffee Maker: Cuisinart (regular/drip)
No minimum night stay (1 night permitted).
This 2 BR, 2 Bath condo captures every view at the club from the large extended covered porch; the clubhouse, Grandfather Mountain, the 18th green of the Championship course and the newly renovated Loch Dornie. All of the club facilities are accessible by foot—stroll across the new bridge system for dinner at the Club, or visit the beach pavilion by kayak. This location has it all! The interior is comfortable and light-filled with a cathedral ceiling and beautiful fireplace of Grandfather stone in the living area. Please note: 2nd floor MBR is accessible by spiral staircase.
